Boat canopy custom fabrication & refurbishment service. We adopt Flicker and GELAY marine grade canvas. Specially engineered for high salt spray marine environment, suitable for yachts, speed boats, fishing boats, sailboats and pontoons.
Harsh marine conditions with intense sunlight and salt corrosion will quickly degrade ordinary fabrics, causing fading, brittleness and leakage. Flicker & GELAY marine canvas uses solution-dyed raw material, featuring excellent waterproof and UV resistance. It resists long-term sun exposure, color fading and aging. The canvas is salt-spray resistant, tear-resistant and abrasion-proof, maintaining stable canopy structure under strong sea wind.
Custom sizes for helm canopy and side enclosure. Options include one-piece fabric cutting, perimeter punching, snap fastener installation and rounded corner design. Our refurbishment service covers old canvas removal, crack repair and replacement of worn fabric & fittings to restore protection and extend service life.
